Defence from the MDU
Expert defence for healthcare companies facing claims.
MDUConnect members can rest assured that defence from the MDU offers the best chance of a good outcome, with our experts on hand to provide strong representation.
The results speak for themselves. During 2022, the MDU closed 82% of medical claims without a payment of damages.
An expert team in your corner
Dealing with legal concerns is largely unfamiliar territory for healthcare providers – their expertise is in caring for patients.
In contrast, in the last five years alone, our teams have opened over 11,000 claims files and assisted in over 7,500 inquests.
